Build My Plate
Conscious Meal Composition
A complete meal in NOURA includes intentional choices from each of these four components. This tool helps you understand how to build conscious, balanced meals that support your goals and nourish your body.
Every meal is an opportunity for conscious choice. A well-composed plate includes all four components: a protein source for muscle support, complex carbohydrates for energy, healthy fats for satiety and function, and vegetables for micronutrients and fibre.
This is not a rigid rule. It's a framework for understanding what constitutes a complete, nourishing meal.

How to Apply This
Proportions vary:
During weight loss, protein may be higher and carbs lower. During muscle gain, both may be elevated. During maintenance, balance matters less than consistency with the framework.
Observe and adapt:
Does this composition keep you satisfied? Do you have good energy? Are you recovering well? Use your response to inform your choices.
Flexibility exists:
Not every meal needs all four components. Some meals might emphasize protein and vegetables. Others might combine protein and healthy fats. The pattern matters more than the individual meal.
