Understanding Your Daily Water Needs
Water is foundational to health and performance. This tool provides a starting estimate of your daily hydration needs based on your body weight, activity level, and climate. Individual hydration needs vary significantly—use this as a baseline, then observe how your body responds.
Hydration needs are individual. Water needs depend on body weight, activity level, climate, diet (especially sodium and caffeine), fitness, and many other factors. This tool provides a starting point. Pay attention to thirst, urine color, and how you feel during training.
The common "8 glasses a day" rule is outdated and too rigid. Your needs are unique to your life.

Consistent energy and focus throughout the day
Good recovery and sleep quality
